Just a quick update to let everyone know that we’re back from our honeymoon with tons upon tons of pics. We’re in the middle of Christma-fying the house but as soon as we’re able to collect our bearings we’ll be posting the pics here. Check back soon!
Dan and I arrived home from work yesterday afternoon to a very pleasant (and very large) surprise — somebody had purchased the wine refrigerator we put on our registry from Bed Bath & Beyond and had it shipped to our house. The problem? Nowhere on or in the box did it include documentation as to who it came from! Did any of you out there in cyberspace purchase this generous gift? Please let us know so that we can thank you properly!
EDIT: I discovered later in the day that the fridge was a gift from everyone in my office, but it wasn’t supposed to have arrived until later this week, AFTER the surprise bridal shower my co-workers threw me this afternoon! A hearty “thank you” to everyone who organized it and were generous enough to contribute toward my gifts. In addition to the wine fridge, I received several bottles of wine, a crystal Tiffany vase, and more!
Just wanted everyone to know that we’re still alive! I suppose we should blog about our respective bachelor/bachelorette parties (which were fabulous) — but with the wedding being only eight days away, it’s hard to concentrate for long enough to sit down and write more than a few words at a time!
Everyone, get ready to PARTY! This is going to be one wedding you won’t forget (unless you drink too much, which is perfectly fine with us, too!).
